Foley Allan managed a complete remodelling and refurbishment of a house in Westbury-on-Trym. The project involved updating the layout, improving finishes, and modernising key living spaces to bring the home up to date while respecting its original character.

The top floor of our house in Westbury on Trym did not work for us: too many small rooms, bathrooms in the wrong place, no sound insulation, inadequate heating, the list goes on… We met with Don and Peter and they suggested ‘simply’ removing the roof and entire top floor and starting again, to include building above a large single storey extension. This was radical re-modelling and naturally we had misgivings. However, as good as their word, Don and Peter costed the works.
