Foley Allan delivered a side extension and full refurbishment of a large 1930s semi-detached house in Henleaze Hill Grove. The works incorporated an existing garage, extended the living space to create a large open-plan kitchen and dining area, and included utility and WC space. The existing house was largely remodelled to match the quality of the new extension, resulting in a seamless transformation in a sought-after Bristol suburb.
