Project Outline
Complete remodel including the addition of a 3rd floor, thus raising and reforming the roof new bathrooms and kitchen, replacement doors and windows and all associated work.
This was a major refurbishment on a very tight site in the heart of Clifton Village – the building was stripped back to brick, new floors and windows were put in and the roof height was raised. It was a complex project, but it was delivered on time and within budget.
As a busy client living outside Bristol, I really appreciated being able to rely on the team to make good decisions. Communication was consistently clear and professional, and the end result went well beyond what I had hoped for.
A few years later I purchased a large house on the Downs, naturally I used Foley Allan LLP having had such a good experience when they refurbished my house in Clifton, this was a larger project, and has recently been completed, once again in the professional manner I had come to expect.
