The top floor of our house in Westbury on Trym did not work for us: too many small rooms, bathrooms in the wrong place, no sound insulation, inadequate heating, the list goes on… We met with Don and Peter and they suggested ‘simply’ removing the roof and entire top floor and starting again, to include building above a large single storey extension. This was radical re-modelling and naturally we had misgivings. However, as good as their word, Don and Peter costed the works.

We price checked their target costs and found them to be much less than other quotes. We moved into rented accommodation for the six months they said the work would take, and to our great surprise – having had other building works done previously (not managed by them) – we moved back into our new beautiful home bang on time, and Don and Peter even managed to make savings on the budget which was very welcome indeed.
