Commercial Dental Practice in Stoke Bishop, Bristol
Commercial build
Project Outline
Foley Allan were appointed to redevelop the reception area frontage of a busy dental practice in Stoke Bishop, Bristol, and to extend the rear to provide an additional surgery. The works included full refurbishment of the building, upgrades to electrics and plumbing, and installation of air-conditioning — all while the practice remained operational. Delivered on budget and without disruption, this project demonstrates our capability to manage complex commercial refurbishments in live environments.

Foley Allan was recommended by a patient, who is also a client of theirs. We had two projects that we needed assistance with.
The first was extending our surgery in Stoke Lane, redesigning the reception area, adding an extension to the rear and a complete revamp of our building from top to bottom. We also wanted to add air conditioning and bring the electrics and plumbing up to spec.
With my wife and I both working full time, not only running the practice but also undertaking complex dental procedures, we simply did not have the time, nor indeed the expertise to manage the various works required.
The challenge we gave Foley Allan was that in addition to all the works throughout the building, the practice had to remain open and functioning fully during the works.
Frankly we thought this might well be a ‘bridge too far’ and struggled to envisage how it might be achieved. But achieved it was, and on budget to boot.
The project was not without stress, but Don, Peter and Mike simply took it all in their stride, and we are delighted with the outcome.
We subsequently instructed them again to help us convert our newly acquired derelict barn in Abbots Leigh.
