A very large extension over 2 floors, virtually doubling the size of the house – we have built many new houses smaller than this.

We used Foley Allan for our 9-month project to transform a tired 3-bedroom, 100-year-old cottage into a modern, 5-bedroom home for our family. We were drawn to Don, Peter and Mike from the outset due to their experience, honesty and ability to be flexible in their approach. They may not have had the flashy logo and branding, but they had integrity, experience and a network of brilliant tradespeople to get the job done. Every tradesperson that was brought into the project was highly experienced, knowledgeable and pleasant to deal with and seemed to really care about getting it right for us.

The project was expected to take around 9 months and it was completed only slightly after this due to parts of the project escalating. However we were able to move back home at the 9 month mark, and all of the tradespeople were happy to work around us and all of our belongings.
