The 43rd Bristol Scout Group instructed Foley Allan to demolish their second hand 65-year-old wooden shack with a new purpose built building to incorporate all the scouts will need for the next century. The ground was challenging, with the site needing to be piled rather than traditional foundations, thus increasing costs on the already pressured budget.
